I had to straighten bent rods during transportation. But it's not the product that's the problem, it's the transportation. The product is good.

However, the quality of fabrication disappointed me a bit: the weave is not very regular and some finishes could have used more care. The material remains correct, but gives an impression of fragility in certain areas, which does not make it the best value for money compared to other similar products. That said, the cart fulfills its function and remains pleasant to look at. The delivery was very fast and the item was well-packaged without any damage. Overall, it's a decent product but could be improved in terms of quality to fully justify its price.
